Welkite University Welcomed by Arts Supporting the Defense Forces
A group of artists from Addis Ababa to support the Ethiopian Defense Forces were welcomed at Wolkite University this morning.
The artists left Addis Ababa this morning for Tolay and Awash Arba training. At Awash Arba and Tolay Training Centers, many youths have accepted the call and joined the defense. Artists also began their journey to encourage and support them.
A group of artists from Addis Ababa arrived in Welkite this morning and were welcomed by Wolkite University. Speaking at the reception, Dr. Habte Dula, Vice President of Academic Affairs of the University, conveyed a welcome message.
"Everybody has to work hard to protect the country from the enemy and to protect the country's existence," he said. Dr. Habte thanked the team of artists for their patriotism and said the university will provide the necessary support to achieve the purpose of the delegation.
It is said that if all citizens fulfill their responsibilities, there will be no victory.
