Action was taken against those who damaged the sidewalks 

Addis Ababa: August 15, 2014 (FBC) The Addis Ababa City Roads Authority said it is taking action against organizations and individuals who have damaged sidewalks.

 The Authority's Central Addis Ababa Road Resource Management has launched various construction inputs along the sidewalk in Abure Square and the area commonly known as Old Qera. 

It is stated that the Authority has intensified its law enforcement work with the concerned stakeholders against individuals and organizations who engage in illegal activities that infringe on the right of pedestrians.

 It is said that it is working to compensate for the damage and open the road to traffic by taking legal action against the culprits. 

Recognizing that the roads are a common property, the Authority called on the Addis Ababa Roads Authority to notify the Addis Ababa Roads Authority. The information we received from the authority indicates.
